We accept exchanges 30 days after delivery of purchase.      

Email info@einnim.com with your order number, the item you'd like to return/exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange. Once received, we will promptly get back to you with the next steps.

Please note that customers are required to cover return shipping costs.

For orders placed from November 25, 2022, through December 9, 2022, enjoy extended holiday returns and exchanges until January 9, 2023.

Returns can only be made to the original tender with the original receipt or Einnim gift card with a gift receipt. 

Please note that handcrafted soaps do not apply.
